WISPAU presents at Commsday Regional and Remote Forum

WISPAU presents at Commsday Regional and Remote Forum in Canberra

WISPAU presented at the recent Communications Day (CommsDay) Regional and Remote Forum along with other organisations and community based groups to discuss the current situation, issues, potential solutions and future outlook for connectivity to those in remote and regional Australia.

WISPAU discussed the important (and sometimes overlooked) role that Wireless Internet Service Providers play in connecting Australians in the remote and regional areas of this country.

From the feedback of the event, more can be done to assist in connecting Australians, and WISPAU will continue to work with WISP’s and all other organisations with the same goals on improving coverage, services, and support to those in remote and regional areas.
