Objectives of WISPAU
The objects of WISPAU are to promote and support the wireless internet service providers of Australia by:
- Providing support and assistance to wireless internet service provider members of Australia relevant to Members of the association
- Improving and extending relationships with vendors that have an association with services and products related to the wireless internet services provided by Members
- Advocating on matters of relevance to Members and the wireless internet service provider industry
- Establishing links with organisations of similar interests in improving the delivery of services to Australia via wireless internet
- Educating on the importance of wireless internet service providers in delivering broadband services and improving connectivity to persons in Australia

WISPAU supports the Wireless Internet Service Providers of Australia, combining the experience and talent of those dedicated business owners who are striving to deliver improved coverage and service in areas whilst also providing economic benefits and support to the local community. Together, these businesses through collaboration of this organisation are not necessarily competing against the national carrier, but complimenting the vision for better connectivity outcomes for all Australians.
